Gli uomini attraenti e muscolosi abbassano l’autostima degli altri maschi

Bei corpi femminili sono un classico dei video musicali degli ultimi tempi, e non sorprende il fatto che molti studi abbiano mostrato che le donne si sentano meno soddisfatte del proprio corpo quando li vedono. Ora una nuova ricerca suggerisce che anche gli uomini non sono immuni a questo effetto: video con immagini di corpi maschili scolpiti e muscolosi nei videoclip abbassano l’autostima maschile.
La scoperta è stata pubblicata sulla rivista Body Image. “Abbiamo selezionato dei video del programma musicale australiano Top 30, e mostrato questi video a un campione di 90 uomini dai 17 ai 59 anni. La presenza di cantanti molto attraenti e muscolosi rendevano gli uomini più arrabbiati e meno soddisfatti del loro tono muscolare e della loro immagine”, hanno spiegato i ricercatori della University
of the Sunshine Coast e Australian Catholic University.
“Questi risultati sono compatibili con quelli mostrati da adolescenti e donne adulte: i videoclip possono influenzare pesantemente la
soddisfazione per il proprio corpo”, hanno concluso. (AGI)

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Si, ok…Perdi un po’ di peso, se ti fa sentire mielgo.Ma non cambiare la Apest che conosco io perche9… Beh, perche8 un uomo (anche solo un amico), quando abbraccia, vuole sentire qualcosa.Quelle lec, con le ossa che bucano la pelle… Che hanno il frigo pieno di yogurt e insalata… E non li cucinano…Ecco… Evita.Preferisco un’Apest che sappia “sgarrare” ogni tanto, che sia “di sostanza” e che, come ora, renda avventurosa anche la preparazione di un piatto di gnocchi al burro. ;)
